Singapore - Ford Factory /4:22 PM

Ford factory is a memorable place where the british(General Percival) surrendered to the Japanese (General Yamashita) in World War 2. Under the Japanese Occupation this place served as a place for the Japanese to assemble military trucks and other vehicles for the Japanese occupying forces. By wallking through the gallery you will learn how the people then adapted to the Japanese rule, their way of life and the war survivors' memories.

Tip: go as a group and bring along your cameras. There is also a documentary showing for 25 minutes. There is this talking map that shows the interview with true war suvivors. Basically, its all about Singapore's fall to the Japanese and Singapore's history.
